Customer Services

The Customer Service team provide an essential role to our passengers and customers, and are generally the first port of call for people who want to find out more about the railway. We have two offices; the Enquiries Office is situated on Pickering Station and provides information to passengers and customers, both face to face and on the phone; the Telesales Office concentrates on bookings for our Pullman Dining Services, Holiday Accommodation, Groups, Footplate Experiences and Special Events. We are looking for volunteers to assist in both roles – if you enjoy communicating with people and are computer literate (telesales role only), then please do not hesitate to get in touch with us! NB Volunteers are needed from March through to the end of October, please get in touch in the New Year. Email denise.hattersley@nymr.co.uk or call Denise on 01751 472508, ext 244.
